What this Privacy Policy Covers
 

• This Privacy Policy covers HorseSmarts' treatment of personally identifiable information that HorseSmarts collects when you are on the HorseSmarts site, and when you use HorseSmarts' services. This policy also covers HorseSmarts ' treatment of any personally identifiable information that HorseSmarts ' business partners share with HorseSmarts  or that HorseSmarts may collect on a partner's site. Our current partner sites include: USRiding.com,  and IHSA.com.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that HorseSmarts does not own or control, or to people that HorseSmarts does not employ or manage.

• HorseSmarts collects personally identifiable information when you register for a HorseSmarts  account, when you use certain HorseSmarts products or services, when you visit HorseSmarts pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. IHorseSmarts may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
• When you register with HorseSmarts, we ask for your name, address, email address, phone, birth date, gender, zip code, education, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with HorseSmarts and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
