Hi, it doesnt seem like anyone really respponds on these things, but I was looking for any info on colleges/universities that offer on campus boarding for a relatively affordable price. I've been looking at a bunch of schools mostly low key but they dont seem to offer boarding and if they do it's an arm and a leg. If anyone has any info that would be greatly appreciated!

Hello :)
I was wondering if anyone could share information about some good ideas of colleges that offer scholarships and ride on a regular basis. I'm a serious rider looking forward to continuing my ability in the sport im most dedicated too, which is turing out more difficult than imagined. I have to say I was surprized when i started looking a few months ago about how little each team rides a week. So if theres a team out there that gives (jumping!) lessons more than just once or twice a week, let me know!!!

Thank you for anyone that can help!

Hi, I'm going to be a freshman @ NMSU & aslo made the equestrian team (reining). For those of you interested in trying out, the first thing is go to www.varsityequestrian.com there you will find a list of all division 1 & 2 schools. Then you can go to the schools site and fill out a questionaire. They will contact you, send photo, dvd on shows & schooling, you may want to apply at more than one school cuz it is really fun & exciting to go to the campuses and check them out. I'm very excited to start in a couple of weeks. GO AGGIES!!!! Bre

If you’re serious about having a successful career with horses, check out Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre. We’re an accredited equestrian trade school dedicated entirely to preparing students for careers as professional riders, trainers, instructors, farriers and more. Our students spend 6 hours a day in primarily hands-on, skill based classes with additional time spent in the barns and with the horses. Students don't have to excel in academic, classroom based classes to be successful in our programs, but they must have a passion for horses and a dedication to having a successful equestrian career. For more information visit www.meredithmanor.edu
